Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City, an IHG Hotel

My family used to love to stay here but the last time the room smelled like mold. We contacted the front desk but was ignored for the most part. Very disappointed.

Great property in proximity to the airport. Breakfast is fantastic Staff are super polite and friendly Downsides that need a lot of attention 1 elevators are not sufficient and there is a need of queues as people and families rush in once doors open with complete disregard to people waiting. 2 we did not get hot water to shower and were politely given another room to shower for a day … to much of a pain the next day too. 3 no ice machine on floors, when asked for ice we’re told to come down dnd get it ! 4 we stayed multiple nights and key card would not work on day 2 ! Had to stand in 45 min reception line again to get a new card - surely there is a simpler process Other than this the hotel is clean and staff very polite and hrlpful

My partner and I we really enjoyed our stay in holiday😊 Very convenient for us. But the things my partner doesn't like it he always kill baby cockroach in the bathroom running around.everyday toilet sit broken and door lock is not working is broken. Ihope the management will fix this kind of problem. We still choose IHG Hotel beacause very convenient for us close to the airport.

My family of 4 adults stayed for 2 nights. During our breakfast time the breakfast employee came to me asking for payment on cash not card. I was furious and upset because we were embarrassed. Nothing was offered for that bad service. Please provide more training on how customer service works.

The sofa bed was not enough for our son, because is only for little children, very Short!! The breakfast is only for Filipino! Coffee was not good.

Stayed twice, once at beginning and again at end of holiday. The good: Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and modern. Lots of places to eat and shop across the street. Close to airport. Breakfast is awesome. Safe and secure. The not so good: First stay had to change rooms because air con leaking. Changed to new room and no further issue Second stay had to change rooms again because air con not working. Changed rooms and new room no hot water for shower. No further issues. Can’t really complain because problems were attended to professionally and swiftly. No other hotel close to airport can compare at this price point. Overall, My family and I had a nice stay at the beginning and end of the trip while I was transmitting to/from Singapore. Convenience to the airport and the mall across the street were key. I will definitely stay there again.

Great stay for one night, awaiting connecting flight from Manila. The hotel is about 10 mins from terminal 3 Naia, depending on traffic. First we met was security that was really serviceminded, since travelling with kid that helps a lot. Reception did check in in 5 minutes, no waiting at all. Room was quite big with sofa and ac. There is a bar and casino at the hotel so easy to have a beer and relax. All over i think this was a really good hotel, and we will for sure stay again when travelling through Naia. Breakfast is philipino-style but when in philippines u got to eat your share of Rice:)
