Amazing! I felt extremely comfortable and safe having my kids stay there. Their hospitality is unmatched, Paolo at Nobu concierge was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to staying with them in the future

Will NEVER go back here again. Terrible experience, Too many process to deal with to be able to do anything in the hotel. Even going to the pool had to be questions multiple times in order to use it. Check in was a hassle questioned from reception and afterwards get question multiple times over and over again. Getting 1 extra towels we get interrogated like there's suppose to be a limit. Shuttle are not that much of transport. Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere you go in the hotel. Can't bring food from outside for my baby in the hotel. Rate this hotel 1 out 5.

I enjoyed my 2-stay. My flight was moved the following day and the 3rd party couldn’t extend my stay so I booked directly. When I checked in all my requests were accommodated. The restaurant selections were awesome. We didn’t have to go out to find something to eat. The Ayala mall was across the street so it was convenient when we had to get a bathing suit for a child.

very nice hotel with plenty of dining options & shopping. kids enjoyed Dreamplay. rooms are spacious & clean & for the first time, all bar snacks and drinks are free & replenished everyday!! staff is always courteous & very attentive!

Top notch service! Property, room were clean and new. We got in late from a delayed flight and 24 hr room service was good to go. Carlo at the front desk provided great service and a family feel. I highly recommend Nobu and will stay there again.

They didn’t have a pool for kids. I was charged extra 50usd per use to use the kiddie pool in the property within city of dreams. Parking was far from hotel property.

Check in takes longer than expected. We booked late and checked in late already! The room is ready but front desk and check in is not a smooth as what I have expected from someone rating themselves as 5 star. It’s a 5 star wannabe! Having a big party with children while waiting to get check in and waiting at the lobby when it’s not even too busy is very ridiculous! I am so disappointed! Room is ok. Facility is ok! I decided to give this hotel a chance Bec my parents wanted to stay in city of dreams! And this is the only hotel available for us!!
