Hi there. I booked this mainly because it was nearby the airport and they had a family room I thought. Then when we got there, I realize that the family room is just two rooms that are connected to each other not an actual one room for a family. So for that part, I was a little bit disappointed, but otherwise the staff are very helpful.

Rooms needs some TLC, rust in showers chrome containers, tiles shower bar soap holder falling apart, needs changing, mold on caulking in sink area, moldy smells in room when AC is turned off, unable to accommodate side by side adjoining rooms, on same floor. They should know ahead of time to have my rooms that I booked ahead of time to have them in same floor to at least very closed to each other, as this is one booking. I’ve booked x2 Family rooms for two nights.
The breakfast bufffet that I bought n included into the hotel for 8 people was not up to far, as most of the food served was not hot, or warm. A bit disappointing, but what can u do.
I left my family to stay the last night as I had to leave to go back home out of the country. Hope they were all treated okay.

Great place to stay.
This was our 6th hotel during our recent PH vacation.
Traveled with my teenager.
Staff were polite and affable.
Easy access to grab (PH doesn't have uber) to get you to places. Really close to airport -- NAIA T3.
They scan all your luggages prior to entry to the building. There's a PH McDonald's across the street (2 minute walk). There's Starbucks, Watson's (pharmacy with convenience store -- similar to CVS or Walgreens in US).
I was able to receive my luggages my family and friends sent thru movers (lalamove & forgot the other moving/courier service) -- received thru concierge.
Pro-tip: set your alarm.
Wake up early to beat the crowd during breakfast.
Dress code: no sleepwear nor flip flops, no gym wear either. We had to get dressed and put shoes on to eat breakfast.
Also, TIP your staffs -- concierge, etc. Few hundred pesos goes a long way. Make sure you have smaller bills.
What else am I forgetting?
Great job, Belmont!

The property stands out for its rooftop pool and bar. It offers a buffet as well. We had dinner there our first night. Unfortunately, the majority of the items that should have been hot were cold, and we witnessed a child like the chocolate fountain serving spoon and then help themselves to the fountain again contaminating it. We reported it to the staff. Our deluxe room was small and the air con was broken and put out only hot air. We informed the front desk and were told it would be reported. Housekeeping was thorough, but came later in the day.than we are used too. Check in and out were easy and fast.

Vacation spent with family and friends in the Philippines. Stayed at Belmont three times, once on arrival, another coming back from Bohol and lastly before departure back to US. So accessible to airport and has excellent accommodations. Air condition, breakfast and wonderful staff. Also, lots of nearby restaurants, shopping, laundry, salons, etc. This is our go-to from now on when visiting.

When we checked in at 7PM, We we're told we had to wait for the family room 15 mins because they said they were doing the final inspection about the room. I don't know why the family room needs a so long time to get ready at 7PM. The front desk was friendly and helpful but the waiting time is killing my expectation. The family room actually is two regular rooms(one "doule superior" and one " twin superior") next to each other. The rooms are very small. 495 Sq ft was on the description when I booked the family room, but the actual size seemed less than 150 sqft for each room.(They don't have area description on their very basic rooms). Anyway, the family room that we had is much smaller than what they described on the Expedia. Very disappointed! Front desk told me their family room just like this. The drain system in one of the rooms is very slow. I do not believe it's a 4 star hotel. I spent more than 300 dollars to get so called "Family room?!" I even think it's totally a scam.

It's a big disappointment considering I booked almost 2 months ahead for my son's post pandemic birthday and excited to be staying in a hotel again after 2 years.
When we arrived, the guard in blue shirt ignored me when I asked for the parking. No one initiated to assist us seeing I was w/ 2 kids and several bags.
I was pleased with the front desk lady with short hair, friendly and helpful. Upon reaching our room, no couches as shown in the photo,
fridge is too small, chiller not cooling, no freezer compartment either. I expect better amenities for a FAMILY ROOM.
We checked the pool but when we used the elevator, the button to 10th floor wasn't working. Another guest complained about it too.
We had to use the stairs from our floor all the way up only to go down again because we took the wrong side and ended up to a dead end.
The pool looked nice and clean.
That was 4pm and I went to Cafe Belmont to check on their Friday night dinner offering since I received an email from Expedia about P1100/ head offering on Nov 16, '22
It just so happened that a cousin who's attending a funeral, flew in to Manila and we invited him over with my aunt to have dinner with us since it was my son's birthday. At 650 pm when we decided to dine at the Cafe , I was told no longer P1100 but 1350.
I agreed but was made to wait long by Jeff - manager though few diners, rude and unhelpful. Mid dinner another staff told me to pay P1200. I told him I paid P6000 already! He apologized but useless.
