InterContinental Miramar Panama, an IHG Hotel

Expensive and busy. Not very customer friendly. They did not accommodate family members on the same floor rooms, even though it was promised when booked.

From the moment we arrived the staff made sure that our room was clean and that their housekeeper had inspected it. Our suite had a view to the ocean and it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food to choose from, including an omelette station. The staff at the restaurant was also phenomenal. The “Cinta Costera” is at a convenient front walk from the hotel. The staff at the hair salon was amazing as well. They quickly accommodated me to fix my hair and did an amazing job in record time. Although my visit to Panama was impromptu and short due to a death in the family, our hotel experience made this difficult time amenable. I will rate the hotel 10 out of 10 stars not only because of their excellent amenities but also because ALL their exceptional staff.

Felt like a family Hotel in the heart of the city. Convient to areas to visit. Staff very helpful..Small road sound barrier by pool wood be great. Up stairs observation area could be upgraded to be better enjoyed.
