MAMORA BAY

Fab location in the medina Staff really friendly Food was good We travelled as a family of 5 And had the family room we had 2 double beds and a single very spacious The view from cafe was beautiful overlooking marina Would definitely stay again

Amazing place and even more amazing staff. Very clean and well located near the marina and also near all the local shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and curteous. We would surely recommend to friends and family.

View from cafe on 3rd floor was amazing. Staff were awesome and very helpful almost like family. Prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was an easy and scenic walk from the ferry terminal. We were warmly welcomed with chocolates and tea, and they allowed us to check in early and rest before sight seeing. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. It was an amazing value, especially since it included a free breakfast that was warm and delicious to kick off the day. We would HIGHLY recommend it. The only caveat is that it's proximity to the mosque made it loud re the morning prayer ritual. Bring ear plugs.

The hotel was right next to old Madina and walking distance to beach and Port Ville. The staff was very friendly and co operavtive. The upper floor restaurant provided best view of beach and old Madina. The only thing that families should consider is that the building doesnt have elevators which is understandable as it's an old building but still make going up and down the stairs hard for families with small children.

Tarik and his assistants at the Mamora were amazing. They made check in and check out super easy. Yes, the hotel is older and not as updated as some other hotels. However, it's important to remember that it is in the middle of the old medina and that adds to it's charm. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was amazing. We ate both of our evening meals there and were wow'd at how they were freshly prepared and tailored to our family. The view from the cafe can't be beat! If you go into your stay with the open mind that you are not in the USA with our above-average expectations, you will not be disappointed. As Americans we are often expectant that the beds will be perfectly comfortable, the hotel with be spotless and things are done the way we are used to in the USA. Have and open mind and enjoy your stay at the Mamora. The staff works hard to make it what you'd expect...offer them the same respect...and just have fun! I had a great time, top notch customer service, i was there with my two kids and my mom, we can from washington DC, they treat us like family and so much caring and love. the room was big and clean and nice, tarik and othmane were very helpful, and all staff in the kitchen payed very good attention to us. this is better then hilton or mariot, i love it so much and i will definitely be back. this is aziza and i just wanna say hello to all of you, so much love
