Holiday Inn Hermosillo Sonora, an IHG Hotel

We booked this room because it was close to our family’s house. We thought it would be convenient but unfortunately the hotel wasn’t worth the money we paid for. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. As a family of 4 who needed to shower or use the bathroom it was very inconvenient. I called the receptionist to get it fixed and they said they would send someone and they never did. The floors were dirty. My two year old walked around barefoot for a few minutes and her feet were black. I had also booked a pool view room and we did not get that room. I called the receptionist again to see if they could do anything and I never heard anything back. I would never stay here again and I’m definitely not recommending this hotel to any friends or family.
