Hampton Inn by Hilton Hermosillo

What I like the most was the attention from all the crew, front desk people were very helpful all the time and transportation security guys were also very kind and ready to give us a ride. I could tell they are a family as a hotel personnel and not independent workers, they made us feel safe, the buffet was good as well and the kitchen manager was around making sure everything was good. I had a very pleasant stay over there, would love to stay again in the future if I happen to visit Hermosillo. Thanks

Great place to spend days with your family

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast delightful. My family lives listen to while from this location so that makes it easier for me. I love this place.

The hotel was clean and quiet, regardless the robotics festival where they were a lot of families gathered, check in process was very smooth, and a room was very clean and the temperature adequate. This is the fifth time I’ve stayed in and there is no other place that can beat this. It’s really easy to get around and close to most popular locations in Hermosillo. The staff is very friendly, especially Luis the guy in the kitchen that’s been working for seven years, and he is very dedicated and loves his job, he always make sure we have everything we need for breakfast and I want to thank Orlando, one of the male housekeepers that always demonstrated concerns about us having everything we need in the room like clean towels and the clean room because we placed that do not disturb sign on our room door. He’s a great guy and Hampton should be proud to have a magnificent crew. Thanks everybody for making our stay more pleasant.

This is the second time visit this location.We had a lot of help when we got there. I had 45 minutes to get a paper at a government office. I drop the luggage at the front desk without checking in. They save it and I registered 3 hour later . They offered a shuttle service where I needed to go. They showed genuine interest on our safety. We are over 75 yrs old and do not drive outside of US.and do not know the city. We felt welcomed . The breakfast was great.I will go back and recommend it to my friends an family
