Very old rundown, Hotel. I booked a junior suite thinking I was going to get a better room and it ended up being worse than the standard rooms. My family stayed in. Broken tiles in bathroom, old pillows, old indented matteess. Never again.

Generally I did like the hotel but there were a couple of issues while staying here. 1) The pool was dirty, when family complained about it being dirty the front desk offered to move them to their location next door that they also own. I was shocked that they didn't offer to clean the pool but to move their location! 2) Only one elevator worked for 2 days, so the wait for the elevator was long and when it did arrive it was packed with people. 2) Our toilet broke and we had to use the chain within the toilet to get it to flush. 3) While we were packing to leave we found a roach in our BED! Positives: 1) The hotel staff was nice. 2) The buffet breakfast was really good. 3) The hotel lobby smelled good.

I have stayed at this property many times and have always had a good experience, until this time. On my second night at the hotel the property was invaded by hundreds of teenage kids that were there to participate in a sports tournament. I have nothing against kids but they were allowed to roam the property and make a lot of noise. They yelled in the hallways and slammed doors all hours of the night. There was a complete lack of supervision. Elevators were packed and made it difficult to get to the lobby floor. I will not go back if this is allowed to continue.

when checking inn we were told the AC was out of service. Hermosillo has very high temperatures and there is no way you can sleep with 101 degrees. I tried to cancel and it has been very hard to find another room at this point . The only available are out of my range. Its so bad they don't disclose the problem before taking the reservation. Its probably not important but I live in CA and was paying for a family member stay since they can not afford it themselves. I am not even there to help them
