We love cyntia!! She greet us super happy every morning at breakfast and helped us with everything we needed , she was always positive and willing to help everyone, also mari at the egg station ,she was super nice , we love our family at casa mexicana ,and cant forget our friend at the bar and pool area monica she was juat wonderful ❤️ me and my and my partner cant wait to come back to our second home in cozumel ! CASA MEXICANA! MUCHAS GRACIAS CHICOS POR TODO LO QUE HAZEN

Coming from El Cozumeleno, this small hotel surpasses the nasty Cozumeleno. Casa Mexicana is extremely clean, with beautiful and immaculate modern rooms with pretty furniture and comfortable beds. The breakfast was outstanding and the service espectacular. Front desk personal very professional and friendly. The price is very good. I will stay here again and would be glad to recommend to friends and family.

Our group was a pair of grandparents, myself, and my two kids (8 and 12) Staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing and varied, with custom omelets, waffles, and much more! The lobby was beautiful and immaculate, and the pool was lovely and warm. The location is terrific, near lots of great restaurants.

Superior staff with constant attention to all our needs. Like a family. Complimentary breakfast outstanding. Close to numerous dive shops and piers. Walk to all the shops/no taxis needed.

We always stay at Casa Mexicana when we go to Cozumel. The hotel is clean and modern and right in the water front a short walk from the ferry. They serve an amazing breakfast every morning which is included in the price. Best of all, the staff welcomes you back each time and treats you like family! See you again soon amigos!

This hotel should be rated 5 stars. Location couldn’t be any better. Excellent helpful friendly staff that welcomed us like family and very comfortable rooms.We stayed in both ocean view and city view. Excellent breakfast. I’m definitely coming back here. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is nice and convenient to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was loud kids in the hallways at midnight and not sure what was going on but it lasted almost an hour until we yelled out our door to tell them to be quiet. Nice place to stay overall.

The staff is amazing and treat you like family. The giant breakfast buffet until 11:30 was so good and like being at a nice restaurant.
