There were only four items on the menu to choose (hot dog, hamburger, nacho and ribs). Everything came out dry, overcooked, and really pricey ($12 USD for burger, $18 USD for few pieces of dried out ribs). We were staying there two nights, on the second day we came to the reception asking for couple bottles of water, she said water only provided only once. However, other members of our family who lived in different room use their room phone calling down asking for more water and they got it with free of charge. Eventually we found out that because they have a little convenient space selling stuffs such as water and snacks, some of the receptionists would lie to you so you have to buy their water instead (~20usd for 3L which should be free). Moreover, there was no shuttle to or from the airport at this hotel.

The room was spacious and great for my family of five. The kitchen and dinnerware came in handy for the kids late night snacking. Loved the included breakfast! The food selections were good and always fresh. There is a snack bar on the rooftop where you can purchase drinks, burgers, and tacos at reasonable prices all while enjoying the ocean view and pool area. They have a laundry area that came in handy during our 5 day stay. You pay the front desk like $6 and they give a token for the washer & dryer along with detergent pod and fabric sheet. The staff through out the hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay! The staff are really friendly and the housekeeping team do an amazing and thorough job each time! The hotel is close to major attractions in Cancun. They have a complementary shuttle that was down for most of our stay but no fault of theirs! Breakfast was good as well, would recommend especially for families with children.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We have three small children and we didn't want to stay along the busy Cancun hotel strip, but we wanted to be close to the airport. This hotel offered the perfect compromise. It was close to both the hotel and the hotel zone / beach. The rooftop pools were fantastic and the rooftop bar/restaurant was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all 5 of us to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel works well for families. The pools were nice and quiet earlier in the day. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from Cancun, this is a good option. The breakfast had a good selection of food choices including hot options with a varied menu.

Overall it was an affordable stay as we focused on going out for excursions etc..
My biggest complaint is that the website description said there was a free airport shuttle. Granted I should’ve called to confirm but in my previous trip (diff hotel) the shuttle was at the airport waiting for us. We almost got haggled into taking an unofficial taxi where we could've been in a dangerous situation. Thankfully my gut intuition told me to go back into the airport and talk to someone there. We ended up paying $70 for a 10min ride.
Laundry and food was another complaint. Normally, we usually would wait to do laundry but having kids with food poisoning, we inevitably had to use the machines two nights, costing $8 each time!!! Mind you, its not a full service. They give you a pod, a dryer sheet, 2 tokens and thats it.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. The fruit was old and soggy and the scrambled eggs had something added to it that made them taste fishy. Our only dinner choice was the bar upstairs and the food was not bad but 3 of us got food poisoning after eating the guacamole.
If we hadn't prepaid for pick up with our excursions, we would have paid a ton for taxis. The hotel does offer a one way shuttle (must reserve ahead of time and only runs between 930 and 430) but youre on your own for the return trip.

This is the best among the best of more than hundreds hotels we stayed from the past 5 years, period. So clean and so spacious. It has a full size modern kitchen with all stainless steel. The fridge is so huge and even taller than me. The beds are so comfortable and fresh. It has a nice modern standing shower with excellent water pressure. Everything is perfect!
Their complementary hot breakfast is by far the best compared to the rest of the hotel complementary breakfast out there. Lot of hot food to choose from and I mean a lot! Breakfast area is so clean and spacious.
The hotel lobby is clean and spacious. The hotel receptionist, all of them are very courteous and polite.
Everything is perfect... what else I can say? I am so happy to found this hotel and will gladly recommend it to my friends and family. Keep up the excellent service and customer satisfaction.
