W Mexico City

Location is good ( as other options ) Worst layout of a room Outstanding service at restaurant by Carlos. Mediocre service at front desk. Whatever whenever is just marketing should be whenever they answer the call . Bad timing it was an event of the LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 I thought it was a family oriented hotel.

I had the worse experience ever.Not sure if it is under new management or what but I will not go back ever again. I had a very bad experience this time!!!!! I do not recommend the W hotel to any of my family or friends. Do not stay there!!!

I was the first person to stay at the hotel since the pandemic shut down the hotels. They made me feel like a star by cutting a ribbon and posting me on their Instagram. Everyone was on top of their game with the new safety measures put in place. On top of the room being beautiful I proposed to my girlfriend and the staff went above and beyond to help me make it as perfect as it could be. Diego and Guillermo were world class and made me and my now fiancé feel like family. We can not wait to go back and if you’re looking for a world class hotel to stay in while in Mexico City you would be selling yourself short if you didn’t choose the W.
