We had a great stay. The property is a simple hotel, our room was comfortable and had AC which was great. The hotel is simple, it's not a resort so don't expect amenities. It worked for us cuz we basically only slept there and were always out and about. The pool area is small but cute for kids. Breakfast was super basic and I wouldn't even consider it breakfast (white toast with spreads, cereal, banana and apples, a couple different pastries, watered down coffee and juice) that wasnt worth us getting up early for. They do have other options for sale. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and slept well. El malecon area is 15 min drive which wasn't bad. There's also a mall,.Walmart and casino within a few mins walk.

We were here for 3 nights with our toddler. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was reliable. Breakfast was always fresh and had lots of options. Check out time at 1pm was very convenient. Only downside is that the immediate area isn’t very walkable and there weren’t many dining options nearby.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. My kids loved the pool. The janitorial staff was super friendly but the front desk staff was not so. My 2 complaints are the wifi and breakfast. The wifi is horrendous in the rooms. (Kept on kicking us out and having to re-login every 5 mns) it worked amazingly in the common areas though. Now my biggest complaint is breakfast. The hotel site talks about continental breakfast… cereal was always out - no syrup - coffee was scares - no eggs - constantly running out of items and worst of all no water.
