I am a regular client at the Hotel Ticuan. On the average, I spend the night there at least 2 times a month, but this time, they gave me a room that was next to the Las Pulgas Night club and the bumping went on all night till about 6am. I had to turn on the volume on our tv and play sleeping music to help us sleep and overlap the noise from next door, also inside the hotel, we heard kids running in the hallway screaming and crying. I usually have a great experience, but this time it was a terrible experience. I wish the hotel would compensate me for the trouble. Next time I will make sure to ask for a room that’s quiet and away from the bumping.

Normally when I arrive early hotels will let me check in if the room is available. In this case they didnt even offer and made me come back at 3pm. Which I understand is the earliest but wasnt even given the option. Secondly the hotel is in a semi unsafe area. Also I never received my expedia gold benefit. Lastly I dont know what was going on but there were what felt like dozens of families living at the hotel. The kids were running and screaming right outside of my room hallway for hours every day. Felt suspicious. Like they weren't allowed to leave. Hotel felt like a casino and a bit dated. Also my room looked nothing like the images. If its been modernized, I got one of the old rooms.

Good place to stay at. The only problem was the noise of screaming children all day.

Clean room, nice hotel, good location…but no elevator from garage parking to take 2 luggages to main lobby we used stairs from 2 levels which was hard on my knees, our room # 621 front door on 6th floor was overlooking the lobby and people were hanging out in the lobby we can hear loud talking and crying screaming babies in our room… Room window has no views at all instead you’ll see next buildings’ walls Stayed 1 night wish I had asked for an upgrade!

Warning,: They refused to give me my room with jacuzzi because they claimed children are not allowed in rooms with jacuzzi even though their policy clearly stated "All children are considered as adults" on the reservation page. No where it said children are not allowed in rooms with jacuzzi. They refused refund and I was told I had to pay in full for another room.

1-I paid over 100$ more to upgrade to room I thought I had chosen. 2-Extreme amount of foreigners with children sort of living there. Different families every time I go, very noisy, I think they are waiting for asylum. 3-the room was expensive and lacked a table to eat (Did have low coffee table). 4-carpet was pasty, needs cleaning.

This property lost its credibility. I see lot of Armenian natives kind of living in this property and they may be trying to enter USA illegally thru some agent bribing the border immigration, this property has become a hub for them. There are kids running around and it is too noisy and you feel like you are living in an apartment with Armenian neighbors. I don’t mind them staying here but they need to discipline their kids. This is not an apartment.
