I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor but was unable to sleep well as there were people & kids late at night (after 12am) talking very loudly outside their rooms. Also the elevator to exit on av. Revolucion was not working so it was not easy for me to walk up the hill on Calle 5 as I have bad knee arthritis. I hope they fix that elevator soon otherwise I would not come back to this hotel!

The room was cleaned and the staff friendly however for a family with kids is not a good place to sleep. The hotel is closed to night clubs, the music was extremely loud, at times it feels the music was in our room.

This is the loudest hotel. I’ve been to right next to a nightclub, bumping music till like 4 AM. Neither of my kids or my wife were able to sleep the worst ever if you’re going to TJ don’t stay in any hotel in downtown.

Our family was very comfortable at this hotel. The elevator made it very easy for us. We had lots of fun at the rooftop. Staff was awesome. Food/drinks were on point. We will definitely stay here again. We will no longer stay at hotel ticuan.
