Hotel Caesar's

Rude and with attitude receptionist, told my kids can eat with in the room.on my arrival there was no toom available that i paid for,i paid for big 191f room with they never available. This is 5th time this happens. I had to pay 40$ more for my room. Very bad hotel,they never have room that you reserved. Big scam

I live close to Tijuana and when needing a little get away, this hotel is my go to. It is located right in the middle of the action. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfy. After a long night, I sleep like a baby. The staff is very friendly and there’s no problem bringing guests back to your room . I feel very safe and comfortable in this hotel. They have a nice little restaurant and bar downstairs. The expresso is very nice.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never had a problem. Everyone was so nice and accommodating but this time that wasn’t the case with one exception the bellman who was the valet and the only person running everywhere every second of the day in a suite & ties sweating like crazy. There was one young lady named Daniella that was alone and severely incompetent to handle the front desk, calls coming in and all desk duties. I’m sure it is lack of training and her rude attitude was not acceptable. This use to be my go to hotel but now that’s changed. This property is very clean but the lady that was mopping the floors was extremely rude to my kids and telling them to move very rudely. I will not be going back. There’s so many more nicer hotels with a pool and nice to people and especially kids.
