The receptionists were cold and seemed bothered to do anything and one was extremely rude and argumentative and soured the whole stay. Never experienced such behaviour.
Extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. Paper thin walls, could hear people chatting and snoring in the next room. One of our family members left after two nights with 4 nights left because of the horrible mattress and I couldn't wait to leave to another hotel once the pre-paid nights were done. Bland breakfast. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were lovely which was nice after the the experience with the reception. Good location.
