It’s an okay hotel, reception staff fantastic can not do enough for you. Located in a quieter part of town. 10 minuet physical walk to the sea front. Taxis use Uber very cheap and arrive in 1 minuet. Incredible restaurant on the 9th floor with city views amazing service. Very very well priced for the 5 star food and service. Talk of the town restaurant connected to hotel are plain rude. Breakfast is nice with loads of choice and great breakfast staff. Value for money was great. Better than expected. Not a young persons hotel. Couples perfect. Family’s with young kids not ideal.

The room was only cleaned late in the afternoon which was really annoying since we were out of the room early for breakfast at 7:30/8am and would return by 12/1 for my 2 year old to nap having put the sign up and the room still a mess. Highly frustrating! The food was well below average specially the burgers and sandwiches ordered for room service. The staff got annoyed with requests (or came across that way) and the direct call button for the room service never got an answer. We called through the front desk. Overall I found the hotel far more expensive than what it offered. I would not return in a hurry especially if children are involved.
