It was our first time at this hotel and I can say that it was incredible. My family and I had a great time. The rooms are incredible, the staff is first class and the breakfast is incredible. We will surely return.

Excellent stay, not as flash as other hotels in this chain but then price reflects this. Service amazing. One complaint was too many kids in the pool, not relaxing at all.

This hotel is not a non-smoking hotel and the 6th floor where our room located was one of the smoking floor. In fact, we can smell smoke everywhere in the hotel. If you are not a smoker and cigarette bothers you, make sure you book a non-smoking floor. When we enter our room, we found children pants and man’s underpants in our room closet. We send messages via WhatsApp to the hotel and they remove the abandoned cloth right away. I wonder if the hotel check the closet or any drawers when they clean the room?

All of the hotel staffs are very kind and having great hospitality. Especially at the club floor, when my family member had a bad cold, one of the female staff in club lounge helped us very well. I am so appreciated her great kindness!

My family and I loved our stay!! The hotel is beautiful. They rooms need a bit of updating but the beds were comfortable and the pool was great! The hotel staff were amazing!!

Had 3 nights in a suite with my family. Had a lovely time and it was a great base to enjoy KL from. The room itself exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was low point. Expensive, very busy and not at all interesting food.
