St. Regis Macao

- Best customer care!!! Recommend hotel. My family member has emergency medical condition in this trip at midnight. They help us everything, to go to hospital, wheelchair to go back to airport, and help to communicate with counter. Thanks for your help especially Mr.Samuel, head of guest services. - Near Starbucks. (In same building) - Large room. 2 TV; in bathroom and bedroom. - View of Paris Eiffel tower. Can watch light shuffle from your bed at evening to midnight.

This is my best experience in Macau so far. Our whole family enjoyed the vacation alot, with many special surprises offered to us by the hospitality team and the General Manager. It's also right at the Londoner Resort compound so everything is within walking distance. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Pleased to be back to Macau after pandemic, yet my first choice of stay had to be St. Regis. This revisit was even more impressive than my previous stay at St. Regis. The staff at check in desk (Xylryl) was very friendly and professional. That already gave a strong and great impression at the first place. Since it was Christmas, the hotel was so generous to give away the Christmas cuddly teddy to any kid guests! I only learned this time that there is a 6pm champagne bottle opening ceremony. So I went there to join too. It was also part of a memorable stay. I would also like to praise the Housekeeping. The room is very clean with refilled amenities twice a day. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I am already planning the next return to St. Regis Macau soon again!

Travelled with my family (3 elderly) and thanks to the staff and butlers' attention and help, we were able to enjoy our vacation. The team arranged for non-slip mats and chairs for the bathrooms, so as to ensure the safety of my senior family members. St Regis is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Cotai area, even though it is conveniently located there. This allowed us to rest comfortably in a peaceful environment. Would highly recommend it to those who prize both privacy and convenience.

We had one of the best memorable stay in any hotels. The check in and service were just excellent. Customer service manager David was so helpful and friendly. He made us feel we were their private guests. He also followed up checking our experience at the hotel and any extra services needed. This a family reunion trip and everyone was so impressed by the quality of services. We have stayed some fancy hotels but this stay at St Regis really stands out. It made us feel we should place our loyalty with their brand.
