We stayed two nights in this hotel during our holiday to Tokyo with our older teenage children. The hotel is huge and modern. It is in a beautifully clean and modern part of Tokyo and handy for the station. Unfortunately the positives end there for us. The rooms are very small and the bed is more a three quarter bed with a mattress as hard as a brick. Two pillows provided which again were as hard as bricks. We didn’t sleep a wink. The restaurant shut very early and there was only a supermarket for getting drinks and snacks this hotel is clearly set up for minimal human input as everything was self service making it very impersonal. We didn’t like it at all.

This hotel is in an ideal location if you wish to visit sights such as Teamlab Planets, Disneyland or the Gundam Statue. It is probably not the best place to stay if you want to explore the rest of Tokyo. We stayed with the intention of doing the above, so this hotel was perfect for us. It was a 10 min trip to teamlabs and the free shuttle bus for Disneyland was a great touch. The hotel appears new but it felt slightly old fashioned, a bit of modernising is needed. The family room was spacious and had a great view. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend if you want to be in the area.

Suggest hotel should install more washing machines. The guess has to queue to wash and dry the clothes until after mid night everyday. There are only 4 washing machines and 4 driers to serve the whole hotel guess. This is definitely not enough. The self check in system maybe good for the guess only booked 1 room. We booked 2 rooms under same booking number but don’t know why hotel will give us completely 2 different floors room for a family stay. It is impossible to do the change through the self check in system. We spent a lot of time with the Japanese staff but he is unable to fix for us. We hardly find a English/chinese speaker staff to help us fix it.

Hotel conveniently located fairly close to the subway station and Odaiba within walking distance. Not too much to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. We had one of the rooms at the premium floors with a "double bed". Beware, it is not a double bed but only a semi-double bed (approximately 120cm) so it was way too small for us. We made the reception aware of it but they insisted that it was correct. We would not stay here again as a family, but I would consider staying in the same room alone.
