I have booked a 3 bed bedroom for my family and out of my expectation, the bedroom is quite small. There are no wardrobe for hanging clothes, the room seems like a normal 2 bed bedroom size but they put 3 beds in. The limited space and tightness made our stay quite uncomfortable actually. Also, I have no idea why the air conditioner makes such big noise, we tried all we can as to lower the temp to see if the situation of noise is better but thats no good. If you are easily woken up by noise, you have to think twice before booking this hotel. To the plus side, the bedroom is clean. The bed is also quite comfortable. It's considered to be a newer hotel so all the amenities are in good condition. They provide a shuttle bus for drop off at Ginza and Tokyo station which is a huge help. But I do wish they can show a photo at the station as to where the exact stop is because the drop off point and the pick up point at Ginza is on the opposite road. Also, the shuttle bus finished quite early during the day, if they can extend to early evening that would be more convenient. The Onsen is definitely a bonus although its located in the mall not inside the hotel, you can access the onsen through Level 6 from the hotel elevator as it's connected. The price is 2000 yen for the entry of the onsen, which is cheaper than the normal price. But it does get very crowded during weekend, so bear in mind if you are staying during the weekend.

It's a big, new and comfortable hotel. We had a family split across two rooms and staff worked hard to ensure we were on the same floor. Good facilities on-site. The only downside was a long wait for a seat at breakfast, as the restaurant appears very popular.

The hotel room was nice and bigger than other hotels. It was of good size for a family of 4. It was a hugh hotel, we had to walk a long corridor to the lift lobby each time. Kind of tiring! The hotel has not got an onsen bath area. But we went to a public one in the shopping mall connecting to hotel. It was very convenient to do shopping for some groceries and food. For the transport, the hotel is located between 2 train stations, so there is a bit of walking. However, it is still very convenient location. The hotel is very generous in supplying all necessary amenities. There is really no need to bring much of your personal toiletries.

4 out of 5 stars

Family-friendly hotel, with connected mall with restaurants and arcade, and onsen/spa. A ++++ for this family with young children. Loved the room with 4 individual bed/light/desk (hard to find in Tokyo), two AC units with their own temp control, pajamas, laundry area, ice machine, etc. made our stay much more pleasant. Tips: Neigborhood is not touristy, will need to travel to other areas for that (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, etc.). If need taxi, ask frontdesk to call one.
