I had a strange experience with the people working there. Some were nice and others were not. The people that were not nice to me acted like they were better than me or something. I definitely would not book this hotel again and I would not recommend it to my friends or family. I saw other airport hotels and I wish I would have booked elsewhere because I want to be treated nicely. I just expected better customer care for a hotel like this. I travel a lot and have stayed at all types of hotels and I have never had people be this rude to me.

This hotel is the closest you can get to the airport! The lobby of the hotel is located in the departure hall of Haneda Airport, by the check in gates - perfect for my family’s early morning flight. Plenty of restaurants at the airport for dinner the night before, and a 5 min walk to Airport Garden with more restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was clean and functional. I would book again if departing early or arriving late.

Right in Terminal 3 in Hanada. Easy check-in, clean, and quiet. My family of four had a nice stay while waiting for our connection. Lots of affordable restaurants available in terminal 3. Several were open 24 hours. They all accept credit cards.

All the service was nice. We were so welcomed after night connection flight. Especially Mr.Tanaka helped us a lot and everything went smooth even we had a baby. The entrance is connected to departure floor and it was very worth it to stay there before the international flight. We will be back there again👍

Because of flight changes by the airline we had an unplanned night's stay. Royal Park had something called a Family Room, which was a large room with 5 twin beds in it. It accommodated our family of 5 nicely, had enough toiletries, very comfortable beds, and it was quiet considering it was located attached to the terminal building. It was convenient to find food as well. It was a perfect night's stay to start our trip in Japan!

The location is ideal for flights from Haneda terminal 3. Room was spacious enough for extra child bed. Bathroom was large with wetroom shower. Checkin/out was very efficient.
