Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu

Nice hotel located right inside Terminal 2 of Haneda. We stayed here twice now, once for a final night before leaving Japan on a very long flight with a long layover, and once for a place for stay after landing in Tokyo after an international flight. It's very handy for when you're traveling with kids and need to get to your hotel quickly so the kids don't stay up too late. Apart from location, hotel is in immaculate condition and staff and extremely resourceful.

Very convenience if you are having a long lay over on the airport. Technically it is part of T2 Haneda. Took some time to get there from T3 though, still can get there with plenty of information and direction. It is also helpful get the free wifi from terminals. Very clean and comfortable for me and my kid.

Excellent location if you need to be at the airpot. Lots of dining and shopping options around. Room itself was clean although a little dated. Minor inconvenience when checking in where I was offered to purchase breakfast buffet. Got charged 3 full price buffets when I later discovered they had a child price for my son. Tried to resolve with reception and I felt they were not helpful. Tried to explain what happened to 2 different people who seemed "confused". Another peson overheard us and went ahead and refunded the difference. We are asians from another country and I felt the friendliness to assist wasn't there as opposed to other races.
