We loved Otani and had a great experience at the hotel. The attention to detail and care put into our stay was incredible. We loved the gardens and took advantage of the various restaurant options during our stay. Our children loved that housekeeping would hide their stuffed animals each day so they would search for them upon our return. We hope to return to Japan again soon and stay at Otani again.

Conveniently located beside a metro station, it was perfect for my family's stay in Tokyo. The rooms were large and the staff were amazing. Loved the large spacious common areas. Overall, it was a great location and a lovely experience.

We are a family of 4, booked adjoining rooms which was perfect. Clean hotel, excellent service, convenient subway access to all of Tokyo and some good restaurants in nearby Akasaka. Highly recommend this hotel! Try the Japanese breakfast, very serene and enjoyable

Most gorgeous hotel in Japan. Everything was great, just skip the breakfast buffet. It was high price and my kids were hungry afterwards. No selections for the price you pay.

The gardens are nice in the back of building. Staff was friendly. The hotel is far from the main areas and subway isn’t convenient with a stroller. Many of the restaurants and food options don’t allow babies. Found it bizarre that coffee shop opens at 10AM.
