Customer service is excellent! Beds and Pillows are comfy. Our room has a decent size for a family of 3 with 1 large and 3carry on size luggages. Very clean. So many restaurants and kombini around the vicinity. 5minutes walk to train station Ginza,M,TY,JR, Z,C lines options

we stayed here during our 6night family trip to Tokyo. Hotel is in good location near subway and many restaurants. unfortunately the rooms are very small in size and they smell very bad. Sauna facilities (only for men) were probably very nice when opened but now in bad condition. There is no restaurant for breakfast on premise but luckily for us 7/11 is next door so breakfast was easy to get. Tokyo is absolutely full of hotels and you can get a much more decent one for the same price they charge.

I did like the property, some of the staff was great. The hotel is clean and in short walking distance of many train stations. The only thing I encountered was that when I checked out one of the staff members was rude. She kept rushing me while I had my child behind me try to help me push anrounf the luggage. Either than that it was a delight.

The family room was a little on the small size but our boys loved sleeping in the by beds. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. The room sitcom didn’t work at night and when we contacted the front desk they said that it was set to only heat in the evenings which wasn’t great as the room was very warm. To their credit though they immediately delivered a fan up to us when we said we were too hot. I also didn’t like the fact that the public bath was not available to women - it’s men only and they charge for its use. All other hotels we stayed in during our holiday had separate male and female baths that could be used for free.

We stayed on the 14th floor for a family of 5. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is a bit older, but great location to lively street with great food nearby. The smokey smell in the hallways was somewhat bothersome and sometimes permeated into the room. Luckily when we opened up the window it aired it out. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower/ bathtub has weird closed window. We figured out you can open the screen on the other side to get a view of city whole bathing. They provided a lot amenities like toothbrush, shavers, cottons and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Very nice location in Akasaka with lots of restaurants and some shops, close to several subway stations. So you can go by train almost anywhere in a short while. Nice large room, looked fresh and we had cleaning every day in the annex building. It was quiet in the room despite being an entertainment and restaurant area. We were a family of four enjoying our stay. English speaking very friendly staff that helped with taxis and luggage.

Besides they call it a “family room”, the room is very very very small. Can probably take maximum of 7-8 steps from the door to end of the other wall, which is sadly the only area you can walk on. No bed sheets on the bunk bed. Carpet is old and dirty. Holes on curtains. Mold in the shower. Pee stain too. Light adjustment and some power outlets weren’t working. We checked out earlier than planned. When we first asked them about refund of unused nights, they didn’t want to give any.
