I called the hotel and requested kids’ amenities in advance, however they were not ready in the room. I had to request them again after arrival. Other than that the experience was great. Will be back again when we stay in Osaka.

I recommend this hotel if you are going with your family (with children and elders).
It’s very convenient, the hotel located near the jr station. And it’s easy to find.
You can have all your meals around the hotel if you’re tired cuz with the whole big family.
But if you’re not familiar with Japanese, it’s not easy to communicat

Excellent location to explore osaka.
Multiple dining options, access to shopping malls.
Room was however dated. Couple of beds in the family room had pretty thin mattress. Needs a revamp soon.

Property was what we needed for a family of four providing plenty of space and food at Imagine was consistently good. Also appreciated the food discounts provided. The room could use some refreshing and more comfortable beds but otherwise good.

My favourite hotel in Osaka and it's now even better if you like gaming. The Daimaru that is literally the same building, now features Pokemon Centre Osaka and Nintendo Store Osaka, literally you can take an elevator from reception to reach them.
Not the only reason to stay but a great bonus, especially in busier times when these shops are PACKED with 30-60min checkout queues.
Also a great location for Universal Studios, 20min train ride and platform is close to hotel entrance. Not every train from this platform is direct, consult your app or signage. If you have kids etc, better to wait a few mins for the next train and get the direct, than bother with the transfer.
Naturally the location is excellent, it is Osaka station after all, plenty of signage to get you to the hotel, if not, follow signs for "west", "south" or "bridge" exit, will put you in general direction and signs will start appearing.
Rooms are ageing, which is the biggest negative, however "Family Room" is large, probably the biggest normal priced hotel room in Japan. There's 4 beds and a lot of floor area, including a 4-5 seat sitting area.
Beds are old as sin and are rock hard. Pillows are too soft or hard with those annoying beads (but every hotel has these, so maybe a preference for many travellers).
Showers old but very functional, great pressure and great flow, was refreshing every day.
Always clean though and cleaning staff top notch.

Literally at osaka train station, connected to a few malls with access to food and souvenirs. Excellent location.
Room is somewhat dated, carpet seems worn out. It was otherwise clean. The joined super single beds in the family room felt different in quality - one was not as comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and hotel facilities have been upgraded since my last stay. Generally very happy with the location, service and cleanliness. Very attentive staff who even switched the position of my body wash bottle to be close to the tub as I get my hair washed outside before I return! Perfect for family or business travelers, though I recommend booking the non-smoking floor if traveling with family.
