It’s a perfect location, but if you are with your family it isn’t ideal b/c it is right next to pachinko place and million other drinking places. Also people smoke right outside the hotel. Other than that it is a good hotel. SPA is excellent so must try.

Trip with a 1.5years old baby. Moving two single bed together and providing a baby bathtub for free. High chair provided in restaurant. Babies are also welcomed in public bath.
The hotel is clean and new. The toilet, shower tub and the sink are separated. The size is sufficient to include 2 large luggages and a baby stroller. The breakfast is Japanese with udon, rice, fish etc.
It’s close to a (?) fire department with frequent fire trucks deployment. Not an issue for my family though. There are department stores, restaurants and lawson nearby. The hotel is also situated in a gourmet street with nightlife. People flooded in the area at night, making travelling with the stroller a bit challenging.
The transportation is a bit tricky. It is actually closest to 東梅田 exit 4 (with a lift). To find the station, find 谷町綫. Not much facilities for children nearby though.

It is arranged that my hotel floor should be non smoking area, however there was some smoking smell all around, I and my family members felt uncomfortable and disappointed about this issue.

It was so hard for us to find the hotel. Wish they have a map how to get there by foot, bus or taxi.
I like your pajamas. Wish I could have one for free.
We are vacationing in Japan for a month and gets back late at our hotel but then the cleaning lady always knocks and asks if we want our rooms cleaned. Finally on the 3rd day I have to put the do not disturb sign. I feel bad because they are so polite and very respectful.
Wish at least one knows how to speak English. Do not get me wrong. I ❤️ Japan so much that I wish to bring my whole family for a short vacation.

I’m a super germaphobe travelling with a 2 years old. This hotel was very clean and I felt comfortable during my stay. I wish I could’ve book a bigger room though as my twin room wasn’t big enough for our family. The coin laundry was good but don’t expect your clothes to be dry as it’s a 2 in 1. It was fine for my baby’s clothes though. Breakfast was very yummy!

Great breakfast buffet (must try) and helpful staffs. Onzen (various kinds of open air baths) will become available starting Aug 2023 per Ads in the hotel.
If you have huge luggages - suggest taking the exit from “Whity Umeda” underground and exit (lift up) at Sonezaki Ohatsutenjin-dori. Please note it can get pretty confusing to walk through the tunnels at first while the ground level is crowded & confusing as well.
Two areas that we found slightly disappointed were 1) on the check out time being 11am (usually noon time) and the 2) cleanliness of one of the rooms that we stayed (dusty and could easily tell the room had not been cleaned properly - 6/F twin room). Having said that, we also spent 2 nights at the Kagari (8/F King room) and the conditions were great.
The area at night is probably more suitable for adults (not so much for children) and tv channels are relatively limited (unable to connect to youtube/netflix)

Really nice hotel – great location, clean/fancy inside, has onsen bath (although I didn't get to try it), and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Japan. Also appreciate coin laundry on site. My only complaint is that my sister & brother-in-law were staying in a room in which they had paid for 3 guests (including their 4-yr-old child), but the hotel refused to provide an extra set of sheets for the child to sleep on the pull-out couch unless they also paid for a 4th additional person each night!? (Their room only had 2 small beds, but we chose it because it additionally had a small couch.) We ended up just using blankets for the kid on the couch, no sheets, to save $200. Ridiculous policy, but other than that, a great place to stay, and no complaints about my own room.
