Great service! They arranged for private transport for arrival from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted positively after a long day of traveling. They helped settle us in our room, which was nice large and clean. We needed two rooms, both were right next to each other as we were a family of four. Everything felt super personalized from the evening happy hour bar to the morning breakfasts. They helped reserve dinners for us. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to all the main places, but in a quieter area. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again!

Fabulous hotel. We (a family of four) had one of the best holiday stays of our lives there. Incredible historic property. Great location for accessing the rest of Venice by foot. Wonderful service at all times. Would recommend the hotel-arranged transport (including water taxi) to and from the airport.

Beautiful old palace turned into a hotel. It felt very grand and was a fun stay. Location was great too!
We had a suite that accommodated our family of 4. The front desk and concierge were exceptional! They were very friendly and helpful. I recommend and would stay here again.

This is a MUST stay if you are going to Venice!!! A true palace. Feels very immersive in the culture. The room we stayed in, the Formosa suite, was where they set the cameras to shoot some of the Venice scenes in Spider-Man no way home. Definitely a highlight for our kids!
