Hotel Santa Marina

The room was spacious for our family of four, stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff was super helpful with suggestions and information. Breakfast buffet was like a tapas spread and was fun to taste.

This hotel was incredible. I went with my husband and kids! It had an old Victorian feel which was really cute! It was really clean! The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Stayed. Here for 3 days and two nights with my family. We fell in love with the hotel and planing to come back again next summer on a long vacation. We will stay in this hotel, if there is an available rooms Everything is perfect specially the staff, so clean and the food is great. The staff in the breakfast team are so nice and professional. I felt I was in a five star hotel during my stay, my family was so happy. Thank you To all the staff. You made our stay memorable.

Located on a quiet, out-of-the-way piazza five minutes from the Rialto and ten from San Marco, the Hotel Santa Marina was a warm and well-appointed retreat on a chilly weekend in January, at a very reasonable price. We asked for accommodations for a family of four, so they put us up in a separate two-story, two-room apartment just around the corner from the main building. Our kids loved it. Breakfast was included, with a good selection. We would gladly go back. Our only caution, noted in other reviews, is that it's a bit hard to find. Be prepared either to pay the extra expense of a water taxi to be dropped off at the canal-side entrance, or to wander a bit if you take the vaporetto to the nearest station, at Rialto.
