The family room was very large and the double was larger than expected for a city short on space. The rooms were clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s situated in a relatively quiet square with a church and restaurants. Easy walk to San Marco.

It was delightful staying in this property with such history..To be able to stay in a comfortable hotel that was built for the Vitturi family in the 13 th century and immerse in the history. the rooms are delightful and the bathroom was updated. The staff is the best.!!!

This property is very tired. Poorly maintained, has uncomfortable beds and sadly although I flagged it at the time of my stay and afterwards by email, management were uninterested. The ‘junior suite’ had holes in the bathroom ceiling filled with loo roll, dirty silicone around the bath and shower, dirty marks on the walls and was laid out as a family room. Its over priced for Venice, which is expensive, but there are better looked after hotels available.
