We appreciated being able to have a family room with 3 beds. The room was nice and perfect for our needs. There is a park across the street that had groups that would have group exercise (a Chinese dance, sword dancing and Tai Chi) it was quiet and had several good restaurants within walking distance. They had breakfast every morning that was varied and delicious.

A very comfortable hotel, located less than a mile from Roma Termini station. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, the buffet breakfast had a wide selection of items to choose from and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our stay was marred slightly by a very noisy family in the room next door, with kids that were screaming and slamming doors at 6am, but that was obviously not the hotel's fault. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome. Walkable to the train station, the monuments, a million restaurants, and a park for the kiddos across the street. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind- I have zero complaints. I'd happily stay there again.

Adult family of 5. Beautiful building and room was very clean. Lovely park with lots of trees just across the street (has ruins too). Restaurants and cafes out front of hotel and throughout the neighborhood. Close to Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roma Termini(15 minute walk). Trevi fountain and Pantheon about a 25 minute walk. Good mix of locals and tourists. I would stay here again!

The front desk is not friendly, a couple of rhe clerks are. The rooms are noisy since you can hear, even murmuring from the adjacent rooms. I asked for a change of room necause of rhe noise; a rude clerk instructed me to pack up and be ready to be moved to another room before I left the hotel for the day, I did and when I was going out he told me he would NOT move me that day, but the next day. That night I was awaken by a noise coming from the room next door at 4:00 a.m. The clerk did come to check and the noise stopped for a while but then resumed! The carpets on hallways and stairs are very filthy the rooms are only partially cleaned, and a little deck I had was NEVER cleaned during my whole stay. I was also charged 60 Euros upon checking out for some type of tax I thought I had already paid. I would never return to this hotel, nor would my family; and of course, I would never recommend it to anyone! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, in Europe!

I stayed here from 8/5/2022 (my birthday btw) til 8/8/2022 and I have to say I was disappointed in this place. Why? Well, I booked what Expedia has listed as a Superior room and I got something smaller. I paid $150/night for a room that was listed probably around the $100/night range. The square footage was way smaller that what I was expecting. Of course I spoke with the staff at the front desk and the manager and they were not able to accomodate and truly understand my frustration. It was a classic they putting the blame on Expedia for not listing the room correctly (I know right) and Expedia calling them and they saying that they have to honor the hotel's policies. And I've been aware of the manager's resilience for responding to these customer complaint on different sites, but I'm telling you and I cannot stress enough - - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK ELSEWHERE! While I stayed there I came across a group of guests who had the same problem! I'm not kidding/lying/playing. I don't make a habit of writing these reviews but I felt compelled to do so after the headache I went through. Do yourself another favor and look into UNAHOTELS Deco Roma. They have nicer rooms, bigger space for the amount you're going to pay for, nicer bathrooms, and just nicer everything! They are in the same vicinity, so if you're looking at staying at somewhere close to the Roma Termini (train station), check this place out!

This is the second time staying at this wonderful property. It is family-owned which gives a personal touch. The rooms have been nicely updated and has a bountiful breakfast buffet. The Napoleon’s location is walking distance from the Metro.

this is for traveling by train: short walk (or 1 stop) from Termini, where the Leonardo Express goes. Metro is right in front of hotel. (I bought a 48 hr ticket but in the hindsight the single ones are cheaper). Only a few stops to Spagna, with change to Colosseo, etc. Park in the middle is not for a stroll but at least less traffic, as the air is already filthy (smog, cigarette). Room had bathroom setup issues, and the light did not switch off at night. Breakfast is actually good. Our family of four was given these foldable beds and while not perfect, there is little else for the price.

While landing at the airport, I was notified by family that my mother had a massive heart attack, was in critical condition and on life support. I had to immediately return home to see her as she was not expected to live! The management staff assisted me in making all necessary arrangement to turn around and get home which was in California as quickly as possible. They made me very limited stay as comfortable as possible and got me back to the airport the next day to fly back home. I will return to finish this lifetime vacation and I will return to this amazing staff that helped me stay together and get home to my Mother!
