The Hendrick Smithfield was a great find for us. With other hotels and even Airbnbs being relatively high-priced compared to other cities my family has visited, we were very lucky to find the Hendrick. It's location is very convenient for walking or catching public transport to the major points of interest. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY an helpful. Kudos to the manager and team for providing excellent service.

Centrally located boutique style hotel. We had two rooms with a 3 bunk bed set up for a family of 5. Bunk bed rooms are very small compared to two bed set up. Front desk staff friendly. We had an issue with a non draining sink from day one. Talked to front desk several times and left notes for cleaning staff to no avail. Lived with it for 5 days. Terrible with small children. Otherwise average hotel.
