Luisa and Juan were so very helpful at our check-in! They went above and beyond to welcome me and my family on our arrival. They helped us with our luggage, where to find ADA parking and had so much patience with our 7 year old. Breakfast was fantastic (french toast 10/10). Our rooms were excellent! It's a very busy area of town but a great location for walking to nearby sites!

Good location. Nice new rooms. Service mediocre at best. Long waits at check in and check out and breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to leave Prosecco in room for family member birthday (but remembered to charge for it). No entertainment at weekends. Could be good but really isn’t for the price.

Lovely hotel but door latch was broken on both our room and with our children's. Our window latches also broken. Price of breakfast dissuaded us from dining there as many cheaper options nearby. Staff were brilliant always took time for us and helpful. Issues would not stop me from staying again and minor overall a great hotel.

Booked hard rock to try out the experience as we’re both music lovers. There was no experience really. Received an email asking what they can do to help us said they would try to get our room ready for 11 - super impressed with that. When we arrived we waited in a queue of other arrivals for 30 mins (not their fault) to then be told “well the room won’t be ready yet would it”. No problem, I explained we only turned up so early as we were told they would try. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge that I spoke and took our bags. We then went out for a few hours. When we returned we went to check in again. A couple of women in front of us were asked all sorts of questions, did they want breakfast added, what’s their favourite kind of music for them to sort out the room. Was asked to pay (£560 for 2 nights!) then given a card key by the other receptionist, no questions asked. The room was nice, better than an average hotel but nothing special. Also realised we were given an adjoining room which we thought was a bit strange. We freshened up and went to the other bar/restaurant building connected. The drinks were fantastic, cocktails were very good. Came back late, got into the very comfortable bed. At around 11pm our neighbours in the adjoining room arrived, could hear every word said so waited for their excited children to calm down before going to sleep. Ordered room service breakfast. Turned up late, cold and missing items. All round kind of depressing….

walking distance from everything, and i am old and bad knees and i was able to keep up with all the young kids. Temple Bar is super close, so you can stumble your way back to the hotel. highly recommend.
