The hotel is in an excellent location with easy walking access to Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and other attractions. It is kept scrupulously clean, but the rooms are sorely out of date. They have only oneconvenient outlet for charging, no USB connections, and woefully outdated furnishings, e.g. 3 baby sized drawers for everyone's clothes. Once it gets its refurb, it will be a gem. For now it meets the need, no frills, minor annoyances.

Stopped here with family for a weekend getaway, area of the hotel is very convenient and local to touristy areas. Breakfast in the hotel has everything you need and is reasonably priced for the area. Rooms were safe, secure and comfy. Security ok the hotel after hours which is always good to know.

Perfect for a family.
The room was very quiet and the staff very professionnal.

Hotel and staff were awesome! Great options and bar/restaurant. Also loved that there were snacks for purchase available. The staff was kind and accommodating. The only downfall was there was a rowdy guest who kept our whole floor up for an hour between 12-1 am. That was not the hotels fault, and they managed it very well, but the next night I noticed I could hear every single door and movement again outside my room, which also kept me up for a second night. I don’t know if the sound was just very easy to hear in our room specifically? Our family who stayed there, didn’t have problems.
Overall it was good! Great location, close to many things, and very nice.

Great central location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Room and bathroom doors were very heavy (the children couldn't get out of the bathroom by themselves) and loud (we startled every time when a door closed nearby).

The rooms at Jury’s Inn are small as are the beds but the staff were friendly and got us a room as soon as they could to help with the fact that we had been traveling over night with small children.

Door wasn't soundproof at all..
Room was located next to elevator, so I couldn't avoid noise night.
I paid 137GBP to Hotels.com. But hotel invoice said I paid 128EUR.
I saw there were 22Euro breakfast option for whole family when I tried online checkin. But, when i asked at the reception, they said there are no option like that. They said they will come back after they research, but no feedback at all.. Don't stay this hotel

when entering our room in the evening one of our rooms was already occupied. The hotel tried saying it was our fault and it has never happened before - ridiculous. Eventually offered us 2 free drinks although a family of 4

Checked in without issue to our ‘plus king size’ room while unpacking I notice the bed was really thrown together looking, I pulled back the duvet to find two single bed mattresses pushed together to make our bed. One mattress was really old and lumpy with springs that made noise if you moved and the second was newer but also half an inch higher. It was a sleeping arrangement like your family house many moons ago when there was a huge influx of kids so makeshift beds had to do. I went to reception right away to ask is there anything that can be done and the girl at the desk said ‘o no sorry’ to my amazment as one of the jury’s inn hotels do not stock king mattresses? We spent the two nights and endured the tossing turning and spring noise also sleeping on different levels and of course the Mariana Trench between us. I told the manager when checking out and he offered me a discount to stay there again I politely refused as I said there’s a hostel close by makes more financial sense and newer mattresses and I don’t reside in Ireland .For the price and quality there are superior places to stay around dublin. Very disappointing

Very friendly staff. Hotel is in great location. There was no Irish tea in the room and we had to request additional linen for the room to make up a kids bed. Staff were very accommodating. Great to get parking for 24 hours at reduced rate.
