Beautiful family run hotel with exceptional, well trained friendly staff and excellent service. I’ve stayed in over 30 hotels this year and ethos ranks as one if the nicest.

Pamela at the coda for breakfast buffet was phenomenal. She went out of her way to ensure my boyfriend and I had felt welcomed and like family. All of the staff were so accommodating truly. Perfect location for using the Luas to get around Dublin. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel has a tram stop directly outside which made it easy to travel to different locations. The staff were friendly and approachable . Myself and family had a wonderful stay

Great hotel, very nice staff. Bright, spacious rooms. I have stayed here a few times before when I was attending events in the 3Arena. Would recommend to friends/family and I will definitely be staying here, again.

Air conditioning was not working in 2 of 3 rooms of our family. A small fan provided instead after our complaint, said no other rooms were available. Loud music through the floor and walls from an event downstairs, but it ended at 10 pm. No idea how this hotel got such a high rating. Took over an hour from checkin to have anyone talk to us about these issues.
