Kuta Paradiso Hotel

Family from UK stayed with Australian family there. Loved the facilities. Staff were amazing. Needs a little update but nothing that affected our trip.

We had an amazing experience staying at Kuta Paradiso Hotel. The room where we stayed (family room) exceeded our expectations; it was very spacious and clean, close to the pool, and very quiet. The hotel staff, including security guards and the housekeeping team, were all wonderful and very accommodating. The location of this hotel is ideal, with restaurants just outside the hotel. Highly recommended! We will definitely book here again.

Spa: dirty - towel not changed after use, too expensive, cold... Noise: kids loud in the pool Kids wondering around with plates, touching food. Suggestion: prepare a note for parents with kids ( put in your hotel card) 1. To control their kids noise 2. Kids under 10 years should Not walk around food and touch everything.

We booked ahead and when we arrived we were told it was an upgrade. I had booked a deluxe garden view. The room was horrible - in need of upgrade. Jackhammering at night which I tethered with sleep. It was a roof top view. Balcony doors would not cluse properly. We had to ask for safe. Next day I complained and they moved us to another family room- it was beautiful. On ground floor, spacious clean and near pool. If your room is not spectacular ask. I should have done that right away. They said they were fully booked but we booked ahead. Good location for the airport. Once we had the room we were. Supposed to have everything was brilliant.

The staff and the airport transport were absolute highlights of this hotel for me! Both were really lovely, helpful, and reliable. It’s a safe place for families & solo travellers. The pool area is an oasis when it’s quiet, but as with the entire area of Kuta Beach, it can get chaotic when a group of revellers are about! Lots of restaurants & spas nearby. Easy to explore on foot.

Great breakfast. Staff always treat you like family.

Great family hotel. Breakfast is fabulous - pool area is amazing, loved the afternoon pool games. Good location to everything in Kuta.
