Alot of restaurants attached to hotel variety of pools service great was here 2 years ago and staff still remember you treat you like family

Great day spa facilities, choice of pools and quiet areas without children. Great location and restaurants were all fantastic with lots of variety of food. Very large busy resort so easy to get looked over so you need to get attention of staff but that is okay. A tour or map of the resort would have been helpful, you were shown your room and that was it. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and i wouldn't have been able to stay longer. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay at Bali Garden Beach Resort. Myself and two teenagers. We loved the beautiful gardens, fantastic pools with floating noodles. Great friendly service in hotel and restaurants. Great food and excellent value for money. Loved Beachwalk restaurant with sunset dinners. Great Walk along beach to new beach walk mall. Close to waterbom and discovery mall. Room perfectly appointed with large fridge, air conditioning, large comfy beds and filtered water. Wonderful family friendly place to stay.

We loved our stay at Bali garden. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Plenty of hotel dining options as they have 5 restaurants to choose from and one coffee shop. We utilised the spa multiple times and it was nice, not the best ever but we’ll worth it for what you pay. The rooms could do with a little spruce up but only superficial things, the rooms were always cleaned well. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family.

We just loved our stay! The hospitality of the staff was above 10/10. They treated us like we were their family. Having the beach there, the pools, cocktails, the breakfast bar each morning, dinner and lunch as options and the most wonderful massages! You basically didn’t have to leave the resort. There is a shopping centre next door and great restaurants within walking distance. You are 10 minutes drive from the airport and they organise a driver for you. We had the best holiday and it went off without a hitch thanks to the staff at Bali Gardens Beach Resort!

We loved this place!!! The grounds/gardens/pool areas are beautiful and so nice to walk around. The free breakfast was amazing with many options. Agus at the front desk was so nice and charming; all the staff are wonderful and friendly and feel like family. We will be coming back!! Most other guest we met have been coming to this place for years since it is so wonderful. We will be coming back for sure!!!

The hotel is closed to the centre of Kuta. It is to access anywhere in Kuta e.g waterBom, Kuta Beach and so on. The room is a bit duty. We saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom, while the others are fine. Staff is helpful and willing to provide assistance but their tone can be improved with more politeness. The breakfast is very general, please don't have any expectation.

We had a great time at Bali Garden Beach Resort. The location was stunning. The accommodations were nice. It wasn't a 5-star place, but it was clean and nice enough. Being out at the pool and the views were enough for us. Our goal was to be close to Waterbom for our child, and you could not beat the location. It was right across the street!
