Front desk staff, especially on night shift were so friendly and helpful. Treated us like family. Coffee is delicious!

Perfectly located at the end of Luagavigor street, the “happening” place in downtown Reykjavik. Lots of construction currently in progress. Easy walking. Seems to be very safe. My room was reasonably clean with enough towels. Bed was comfortable with white linen. There were no comforter covers, wonder how they get cleaned. I was given pass to spa free of charge as a. VIP member. I was charged for early arrival which was ok with me . I do recommend this place for a single or a couple with no kids.

This hotel was clean and modern. Our room was perfect. The front desk staff always helpful. The cot was set up in our room for my child. You can’t go wrong staying here.

I booked this stay for our Family as well as my parents in law, sister & brother in laws family as well and we were all extremely happy with our stay! Great service from the staff, cleaning was amazing, and everyone was friendly towards our children which helped us relax in our first international trip since the pandemic. I can´t praise this hotel enough as apart from all the service their spa was a great perk to use after long days on the road with tired bodies to refresh for the next day! Highly recommend, thank you once again

Perfect location; professional approach, always ready to help staff and loved breakfast as well. I want to thank Christan and Echa who gave us warm welcome when we reached late night around 11:30 pm. Thank you for the staff for making our stay comfortable as home and last thank you housekeeping staff for cleaning room every time requested. I will come back again to this hotel every time and will definitely recommend our friends and family.
