Staffs all very nice and helpful! The hotel is clean, the room is bigger than I expected. My kids love the pool!! We all had a great experience!!

It was a bit luxurious hence the price. Lovely decor throughout. I wish there were cheaper breakfast options. We did not want to spend almost £100 on breakfast buffet for 2 adults and 1 child.

Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. The food at the hotel restaurants was very good. The breakfast buffet was great, and Chef Donald made it even more exciting for the kid. The ocean view was beautiful. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable.
