The room was spacious and clean. However, it is not very soundproof, I could hear the baby crying at 1:30 am and then adults talking and singing Baby Shark at 6:30 am!
Other than that, service was overall decent except the shuttle bus driver was impatient.
Don't ever do laundry there, it costs an arm and a leg. I mistakenly did it and the fee was way more than the clothes were worth.

Hotel staff ensured that our room was always tidy. We love the fact that everyday cleaning and replenishment of supplies were done. Room service was excellent and there's a free shuttle bus ride that takes hotel guests to the nearest bus/MTR station and back to hotel. Going to Disneyland with my kids was a breeze as the property's location is just a few kilometers away from the resort.

I arrived night time from Tokyo for a night stay in Marriott hotel. Took a ride from the shuttle bus to check in counter where a group of people were congregated but didn't seem to be in queue to check in. I flash my passport to signal the registration counter staff, immediately he approached the group and politely clear the check in line. Thank you so much to the staff on duty that save my family time in checking in.

A little bit disappointed from the bed size which is misleading in the photos. We are booking a big room for double twins beds as we believed in the photos being shown and given information that they are big enough for 4 adults. In fact it is only a normal bed for maximum 1 adult with a kid! Though we have asked several times if it is something wrong but it isn’t. Other than that, we are satisfied with the hotel.

1. Hotel’s staff are super helpful and friendly.
2. The free bus transportation to the airport and Tung Chung are extremely helpful, because:
1) This hotel arranges full-size travel buses to do the free transportation, which can accommodate over 30 passengers and tons of luggage. When you have your family traveling together with lots of luggage, like me, you will know how important this is.
2) Tung Chung is a bus stop I didn’t know before, but soon I found that the hotel is very considerate to offer free bus to this stop. It’s because it is next to a metro/subway station which can take you to almost everywhere in Hong Kong and allows you to pay only 1/4 of the fee you will pay if you take the AirPort Express.
3. Hotel’s breakfast is great.

Staff & service didn't get the best rating because of experiences at the pool. The hotel has a very cold indoor pool & 2 jacuzzi/saunas for females & males. This is fine for a gym, not a hotel for vacationing couples & families. So we were very disappointed. The staff (man & woman) were quite unfriendly & sarcastic about our concerns. So my wife & daughters had to use separate jacuzzis from me and my son. Then, although the swimming pool should close at 10pm, the man tried to get use to leave at about 9:50.When I protested he waved his arm towards the exit and said then leave at 10pm.The 2nd and last time we went, the experience was a worse. My wife said she saw a Chinese woman in the female jacuzzi with a boy age 6 or 7.This was shocking since there could be naked females using the saunas. Then my wife & daughters took selfies (there were no signs saying that no photos were allowed). Then they were approached by an older Chinese woman shouting "no videos" as if videos were being taken of her naked body (though she had towels wrapped around her body & head). Not only wasn't she naked but quite unappealing. She then complained to the pool staff who called security. They spoke to us at the pool and we explained the situation, but we were left disturbed by the experience & also how a Chinese boy was allowed in the female jacuzzi. Would they have allowed my 10yr old son with his mother the 1st night? Marriott's website says hot tub, but doesn't state that males & females are kept separate

Spent one night in transit with my two year old here and it fit the bill perfectly. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of vegetarian options on the kids in room dining menu.
