Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport

This hotel is convenient when you have a long layover flight. It’s directly beside the airport and that’s why I chose it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Local foods and my kids loved it. The one complaint I have is that all beds were twin and bunk beds. I would have liked a full bed in the room so I could at least sleep beside my husband.

Great hotel, very easy to access the airport from the hotel and the metro into Copenhagen - about 15 mins. The hotel breakfast was great and it starts at 5:30am so if you have an early flight it’s very convenient.we booked a large family room which had two bathrooms. It also had a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again.

Service was horrible, I had to hear from the staff “how much they had to do” and they made sure to let me know that whatever else they had was much more important than the customers. What’s even worse I heard 4 separate families how bad the service and conditions were. I will never stay there again, and they charged a full room rate extra because I had my kids, even though I booked the family room.

Good option for a family to stay the night before an early flight from CPH. You can easily walk to the terminals or the train station (all inside if needed).

Terrible for the money you pay! Comfort Hotel at airport is worst the airport hotel we ever stayed in our life even thou we are the members. Cannot control A/C temp nor fan - all automatic. When complained to the front desk - they reply that manages sets all automatic. When asked for a room fan - they do not have them. No bath mat in the bathroom - dangerous to walk out of it. No tissues provided either. No second pillow for the bed, and provided one is so small - never seen in any cheapest hotels in US. No coffee pot not tea pot in the room - you have to go to the bar to pay and get one for $8. The one good thing - location, walk to the terminal 10 mins. This is definitely to avoid for our or our friends and family trips. Will definitely repeat the post on Comfort Chain website.

The hotel is clean and convenient. Great hotel for a family of 5.

Perfect location for catching our flight the next morning. Easy to get to Copenhagen with metro. Staff upgraded our room to a family room.

Very nice hotel and so convenient directly connected to the airport. Perfect for our night layover. Super easy self check in process. Rooms were great for our family of 5 where we all had our own bed. Beds were comfortable. We had two bathrooms and showers. Located close to the train for a easy quick hop into town. On-site luggage storage. Overall a great stay.

It's very rare to find a room with 2 bathrooms so this is a gem. Each bed has a small curtain so whoever is up early can turn the lights on without disturbing others. It is practical and kids love it. The lobby area is nice and large. Departure terminal is across the street. We would stay in this hotel again.

It’s ok. Extremely small rooms - I little difficult with a family (even though they charge more for a family). And the soap dispenser in the shower was empty- so much for taking a shower before a long flight.
