This was an easy & covered walk from airport to hotel. The hotel should indicate this, it was so convenient even with our younger kids. I was worried about hearing airplanes taking off and landing, however they have soundproof windows that completely block out (not just reduce) any outside noise.

Absolutely appalled and surprised at having a strange man walk into the room in the middle of the night, with my kids sleeping there, and waking my wife up and scaring the life out of her. I brought it up with the hotel in the morning who apologised for the “mishap”. I was promised a follow up by a manager but no one has gotten back to me. I emailed the manager, who still hasn’t gotten back to me. I’m both shocked and perplexed at the lack of customer experience.

Having dropped the family off at Copenhagen airport nearby, I needed to stay a further night and those the Clarion, as it was close and I've stayed there before. My meeting the following day was in Lund, so access to the train station was another key reason for choosing the Clarion at Copenhagen airport.I used the spa for the first time and was very pleased with the great service there.

The hotel is connected to the airport with excellent signage to guide you there. The room is incredibly comfortable with an outstanding bed, a fully stocked mini fridge and a shower and a deep bathtub. It is also incredibly quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with my questions as a first time visitor to Denmark. Highly recommend. I didn’t pay for breakfast, but would recommend that families do so.

Did not initially get the child’s bed as I tried to reserve. But upcharged me and did provide third bed that somehow was available already prepared in another room. Great hotel otherwise. Professional staff
