Bug shells in my towel and I used it. Blood on face cloth. Food service staff rude and slow. Didn’t talk to us and gave me whatever for food not what I wanted . Wait a long time for a drink. My lugguge was lost and they had no comfort kids. Told me my breakfast was not included when it was. Pool area terrible noise around area. No cream powder in room.

My family and I we love this property is close to everything, we love the is only 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the city mall beautiful mall .

Everything was wonderful. There was fresh coffee in the morning, the rooms were clean and conformable, the staff was lovely, and the restaurant was delicious. The pool was small but really fun, they even had floats for the kids to us.

We reserved a room for four people with two queen beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with one bed, despite the fact that they knew we were a family of 4. When we complained, they said that there were no other rooms available. So our vacation is starting with me sleeping in an incredibly uncomfortable pull out coach in a cramped room.

Property and rooms were great, nice gym, restaurants. Perfect way to end my families 15 day trip around CR before heading home.

Definitely fit the bill for my family. Needed an overnight stay before heading home so we could be at SJO early in the morning. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our kids' room did smell a bit, so that wasn't great. But otherwise, no issues. Also, the Peruvian restaurant in the "food court" across from the hotel was excellent - a nice surprise.

Very nice. Check in staff was very friendly. Nice tough to give chocolate covered almonds to the kids for Easter. It was appreciated.
