Front desk and restaurant was great service
Room could have been cleaner and the pillows were not great. Pool area and atmosphere was amazing, lifeguard was onsite but didn’t enforce any rules , really young kids running around pool area and in and out of hot tub etc. downstairs was a kids play area but there was a type of bad Oder so we didn’t try it out.
Only other small item was we asked front desk for more room towels but they never did bring us any so we made due with pool towels.

Wow! Reading through the comments gave me relief. I thought i was the only one that thought the service and the maintenance was very bad. I have never being in a hotel were i felt they were doing me a favor allowing me stay even though im paying. My first day on checking in the manager was the rudest person i have ever met in an hotel, and she didnt care if stayed or left. By day 2 i really wanted to leave but my kids loved the place, room maintenance was something else, i literally had to call 6times for clean towels. It wasnt a great experience for me, the bed horror.

Love the tropical theme if this hotel, was very clean, the restaurant was great for supper, albeit slighly pricey. Breakfast wasnt worth what we paid, especially for a family of 5. The wait staff at the restaurant however was excellent. The kids loved the pool. I think the Murphy bed that our kids shared was more comfortable than our queen bed, were hopinh for a cot but there weren't any available

Hotel room was clean and nice. Would be ok for 2 people but for a family not great. If we returned, we would choose a bigger room.
We also paid 60$ extra for an additional person (as we are a family of 5). We knew we would need to use existing beds but we only had 4 pillows and 4 towels for our stay. We had to request extras. Also the blankets on the murphy bed were not warm enough and there were no extra blankets for the extra person in the room. Usually when we go to hotels there are extra pillows and blankets in the closet.
Also, glass door for bathroom that did not lock. Water easily went through shower door due to the way the shower head was positioned. There are no hooks in bathroom or hotel room to hang your bathing suit or towels. Bathroom was very small.
The pool area was very nice. The spa was however very dirty.
The staff were all very friendly.
Not too far to Old Québec where we visited during our stay. Beautiful city.

The hotel amenities were nice, specially the restaurant and its staff. In the bedroom the bathtub was really old, with dirty tiles. Towels were clean but ripped with holes on them. Room service was really bad, it took them two days to deliver us new towels after calling to request. It’s a shame, because the hotel was a nice place to stay, specially for families, but it definetely needs some love.

It was our first time and we lived it. It was very family friendly with a nice ambiance near the pool area.

My parents used to take me to Quebec inn as a child. I have always loved that hotel. A lot of things were broken down and/or in visible need of repair, both in the common areas (pool & hot tub) and in the room. The room could’ve used a deep clean as the bathroom and floor were dirty when we arrived. A child had thrown up in the pool and after some testing people were cleared to go back in the pool, however we could still see chunks of the thrown up in the pool and opted not to go in. It was very disappointing to not be able to use the pool. We still sat around and enjoyed the awesome live music. Otherwise the staff was more than fantastic, the room was comfortable, decently sized and it is located perfectly in Quebec City. It is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel and I love the feel and the vibe of it. I think if you invested in repairing or replacing the hot tub, repairing the pool and doing some minor upgrades in the hotel and rooms, it could be the best hotel around.

My room smells like Chlorine the kids and I wasn’t applied to breath .
My view was the clean shelves with towels on other things When I talked to the lady at the front desk she ignored me and did something else as if I didn’t exist
