It was a convenient location to stay and if you had kids or enjoyed swimming the pool looked fun

This is a poorly managed property. How are you gonna have so many rooms and guests on a weekend where they’ve got a festival in town and yet one of 3 elevators works? This effects not only the families trying to get from A to B, but staff trying to do their jobs. They also give you no kickbacks like a credit for their bar-restaurant-convenience store, etc. 1 washer & dryer for entire hotel, tucked way in the corner. Maryline Labyrne supposedly is the manager and needs to be reprimanded for how poorly this property is run. I’d rather stay elsewhere if I knew it’d be such a bad experience.

Easy check in process and parking garage on site was convenient. Great location to walk everywhere. Indoor pool was ideal for the kids.

This was a very nice hotel. My whole family loved it. It was close to Old Quebec with lots of restaurants and shopping. The design of the hotel with many of their rooms having balconies facing inward facing the excellent pool area. We really enjoyed having a balcony room! The rooms have 2 living spaces with living room and a separate bedroom. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Quebec City!

Had people walk in our room everyday from staff (even when do not disturb sign was on door) to drunk random person asking our daughter if she was alone!! Unsafe hotel to stay in. Dirty room. Good location. Would never stay here again as our children are afraid of people coming in the room.

This hotel is getting old, the sofa bed is really not confortable and we ended up sleeping all 3 in the king size bed. The hotel entrance has a strong smell of chlorine due to the pool in the middle. We were lucky to have a street view otherwise you could get a balcony directly over the pool with the noise of the kids playing there and the strong smell. Its location is good, close to the center. But it's way overpriced for the quality of the rooms.

Nice hotel , good service and excellent location but design is horrible. Rooms have an interior balcony which is nice but it overlooks a stinky , humid noisy pool full of screaming kids. As a result , there is a chlorine smell in the roo and it is very hot , humid and noisy on the balcony. It would be nice if instead of a pool there was a nice quiet atrium or somethng quieter wihout the stinky chlorine smell .

Close to everything in Old Quebec. I am pleased with my choice, it’s a no fuss hotel clean and to the point. The pool is a bonus with kids and yet it still retains its classic look. I would recommend! The parking is definitely a bonus!
