The personnel was amicable and efficient. The hotel looked good, but the room was just OK. Tight and with a strange distribution. Pool is indoors but not heated, which for the kids was a bit disappointing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a big truck check to make sure it will fit in the hotel's underground parking. If not, there is plenty of street parking, at least when we went (2nd week of March). The hotel is very close to all the restaurants, amenities, and attractions in Old Québec. The gym was small but everything worked and was not packed in the mornings. The sauna was clean and so too was the pool which was fine for kids.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria in Old Quebec. Our room was clean and tidy except for a splattering of something on the bathroom door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was good for the kids, but the highlight of our stay was Bernard at the front desk who makes you feel like a million bucks when he greets you at check-in. Each time we saw him he was friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed! The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to restaurants and the many Christmas markets.

I visit Quebec City with friends and family twice a year and we always stay at Manoir Victoria. We use the pool every day and the location just cannot be beat! In the heart of the old city, surrounded by fabulous restaurants. Service is very efficient, polite and welcoming. My only concern is the entrance - you are met by a very long staircase that can be quite intimidating, especially after a long day shopping.

Great hotel in Old Quebec. Very close to dining and shopping options on Rue St. Jean. Hotel staff was very good with bringing our luggage up the stairs and storing it before our room was available (we were early). The pool is great for kids, and my husband also used the small fitness room. As mentioned in previous posts, there is a large stairway right inside the main entrance to the Hotel, which could be problematic for some. There doesn't appear to be an elevator in the main entrance area, as the staff took many trips up and down the stairs to take our luggage to the storage room. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
