Very comfortable small hotel, gracious staff and the two rooms we had for the family were very clean. There was coffee (K-cups) in the room and a morning breakfast was delivered each day at 7:00 am and left hanging outside your room door. It was simple (croissant, bread and cheese, yogurt, jams, butter and orange juice) and for us it was perfect. Easy walk to lots of restaurants, shopping and the old city neighborhoods. The location is below the fortification walls so you are walking up and down hill to get up to the central part of the old city. If that's a problem for you, the funicular is an easy walk and will take you up and down. I thought it was sort of pricey at 5$ CA each way but at least there's an option if you need it. Bottomline is that you are going to walk up and down hills/stairs to some degree in the old city even if you use the funicular. The attached restaurant Legends looked very nice but unfortunately the menu wasn't going to work with our 8- and 10-year-old granddaughters, so we didn't eat there. There is a pub right next door that was great for chilling out and having a beer. They have a menu that was fine for snacking with your drinks and you could even have a meal if you were too exhausted to go back out to a proper restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a small suit with limited space. It’s a bit small for family with children. The breakfast was provided at the door. It’s quite unique. Taste good. It’s easy to go to main sites.

This is an excellently run family hotel. Much better to be here than in most of the large hotel chains.

This is agood hotel It has the feel of an upmarket Pension/family run place. But it doesn't stand out.
It's a 3.5* place, because the lobby is very small, the room had too much furniture so felt cluttered, breakfast, while good, was 'Contenintal' style and left hanging in a bag outside the room at 7am and there is no bar Definitely not the stuff of 4* or higher.
Overall 'feel'👍👍
Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful.👍👍👍
Room👍👍 The pillows are soo good.

A small, intimate family-owned-and-run hotel. Excellent service, wonderful breakfast of fresh rolls, juice and coffee. Close to Old Port and all the tourist areas. Lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Rooms were quiet, very comfortable and nicely appointed. All in all a great find close to everything.
