Our family enjoyed the stay at the Hyatt. This hotel is great for people who travel for business and leisure. The facility is very clean. The breakfast is also included.

This Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The staff managed the large crowds during the festival season very well. Breakfast time was very busy and a bit of a frenzy of families, but lots of folks on hand to help. One of four elevators was out Sunday morning, which caused delays getting an elevator, but staff was eager to help and opened the employee elevator to guests to alleviate. I recommend the hotel. The location was ideal for Jazz and Cirque festivals.

Love how conveniently close it was to the metro and bus stops. The staff were so friendly, extra thanks to Simon who went above and beyond to ensure our Check-in was smoothly. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Really glad to have chose here to stay for our trip in Montreal. Initially we were a bit worried seeing the reviews about the area being questionable, but overall we felt it was quite safe and didn't encounter any issues. The breakfast options were a bit limited but a nice convenient to have. We came with our toddler and felt it was very family friendly, the pool was great, there were sufficient highchairs for breakfast as well. Would recommend anyone coming to Montreal to visit!

Inside the hotel everything is ok. Outside is packed with homeless and junkies. Travelking with kids can be very challenging outside the hotel area. We moved to a different area two hours after checking in.

I stayed at the Hyatt on a Sat in April for one night. I had with me my spouse and 2 children. Our stay was comfortable and kids really enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very much appreciated and had a wide variety / stocked frequently by servers who were quick to clear the plates from the table and brought coloring materials for my kids. Only two issues were the sink in the bathroom needs unclogging as water would collect and sit there. Also, the parking was a nightmare. The underground garage was not able to accommodate our vehicle due to height restrictions. My husband ended up parking on the street (which was supposed to be free on weekends) but it was a no park zone and we ended up getting a ticket for $90. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was extremely clean, all the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel for families. The hotel is situated in a sketchy area of the city, but we still liked having everything close by. The only thing I would say is that the parking lot is very small. There isn't a lot of space as it is a shared lot. Overall, great hotel we would definitely come back!

We had a great overnight stay with 2 kids. They loved the pool (though it was quite chilly) and sauna which has a nice view of the street.

We stayed with family. It is a nice place just within walking distance of many shopping and dining options. The hotel also offers breakfast, which was a nice addition to our trip. Additionally, there are excellent facilities available if you need to work, study, or exercise. It's definitely a great place to come back to.

The hotel itself is great. The amenities are great, the pool, the gym and the sauna are in good conditions. The breakfast is simple and it’s buffet style. The staff is nice. However around the property is really dirty and scary we travelled with kids and we couldn’t walk around there a lot because of the smell, the people and the streets.

Had a great visit with wife and two kids. It was Montreal cold in November but the Hotel accommodation made our trip extra special. Clean, friendly, helpful, central(Metro) etc….
