From reading other reviews, I was reared for a less than helpful front desk but I had the complete onsite experience. Luis and Melody were so helpful with towels for the pool, changing of our trip length, issues getting out of the garage and any questions we had for the area. I was really nervous as the front desk offers a complimentary steering wheel lock for your car but we didn't have any issues with our out of province minivan. Garage was super tight but we ended up using the metro for most of our travels in the city which was within walking distance to multiple lines. We were also within walking distance to many dining options plus we felt very safe walking with 2 little kids. The pool was quite refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. There aren't towels at the pool so it was a bit of pain to go back up to the room or go to the front desk when we realized this. Plus, if you used the ones from your room, there was a limited number so you had to go to the front desk anyway to replenish. There is a restaurant within the hotel but we didn't try it but it is convenient if needed. I would definitely stay here again - definitely recommend!

I am originally from Montreal and almost always stay here when I am visiting my family because the location is phenomenal and the staff are all so nice there. This trip was a quick overnight - I got in super late and loved the room that I got (I think an upgrade). Very quiet and nice comfy bed. The only thing that wasn't the usual perfection was that I spotted a number of stray hairs - in the bed, on the towels, in the bathroom. The room itself was clean, so I wasn't worried about that and honestly it was the first time in 20+ stays there that the rooom wasn't *perfect*. I'm only mentioning it in case they get similar feedback from other visitors - then they can do something about it! :) The only thing I don't like here is that the elevators in the main hotel are ridiculously inadequate for the number of rooms they serve. Always packed or you have to wait ages to get one. I'll definitely stay there again... in fact will be doing so in 3 weeks!! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I spent a week with my family in this hotel and I can say that my experience was exceptional, they gave us a good room, with private bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Initially we planned to stay less time, but we had such a good time that we decided to extend our stay, for which the help of Mr. Luis from the reception, was invaluable, he was always very friendly and collaborative, and additionally he dedicated time to give us information about tourist plans and the best way to enjoy what the city has to offer. The hotel offered us parking service, with good access and security, and the food is very good and varied, but definitely the best of all was the attention of the staff.

Hello fellow Travellers, Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to two different metro (subway) stations. Only a 2 minute walk to Ste Catherine, the main shopping and eating district. And yet, it is very quiet and safe near the hotel on Rue Rene Levesque at night time. Underground parking was better than expected: if you can park at any modern downtown condominium you will find it easy enough here. They also lend you a steering wheel "club" to help deter auto theft, and the underground is brightly lit. The outdoor pool is tiny: shared with an apartment building next door, and meant really just for toddlers. The exercise room is excellent, with modern equipment. Really good to have a small fridge and an actual microwave in the room, especially since there is an Asian grocery store just 3 minutes away that also has a take out counter with excellent fried noodles/rice/general tao chicken/veggies.

We stayed here on 2 separate occasions and were pleasantly impressed! The rooms were modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. I appreciated not having carpeted floors and the 12pm check out is rare gold these days. Parking available underground for a fee. Great location if you’re ok walking 30-45 min to most touristy places which we we actually enjoyed to sight see. On our multi day stay we received water bottles and complimentary breakfast vouchers but not on our 1 night stay. Breakfast was $23 which may be a little steep price wise for quality in general but fantastic deal as a complimentary one. Our kids 5 and 7 were free. Great variety of hot and cold foods and fresh baked goods that were actually delicious and well stocked. I appreciated even more that breakfast was served until 11 coming from the west coast! On our second stay our shower wand was broken and they were extremely quick to repair it. Staff in all areas were excellent and responsive. Small but lovely added bonus of an outdoor pool our kids enjoyed as well as lovely shaded courtyard area.

I stayed at Le Nouvel Hotel for a quick family getaway. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. The rooms were very spacious, bright and clean. I am sure they have not updated the photos because our room seemed much newer. The room was equipped with mini bar fridge and also a microwave which was very convenient. I checked in with Christina and she was very kind, informative and helpful. The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool, though we didn't use those amenities. It also has a gym if I recall. Luis helped us with checking out and he was also really great. If you are looking for a clean and peaceful stay, I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here during a difficult week and I couldn't be happier with the service from the entire staff, from the concierges to the cleaners to the restaurant workers. I want to thank Luis, Alana and all other front desk staff whose names I don't recall. I will be recommending this lovely place to friends, family and professional contacts.

This hotel is in a great location and has great Admiral Loft room. But after our car was stolen on our second night, it all seems like suspicious experience that my family was a victim to. Stayed on a Friday through Sunday. On Sunday, morning upon checking out and having paid for parking. My car that was less than a year old was gone. Police contacted and luckily, we were able to locate within 2 hours. However, the thief clearly scouted our car. Beware! They make you sign a waiver for theft of your vehicle and offer you a steering heel lock device for a $90 deposit. On the waiver you write your make and model. Camera's all over garage but not still didnt help. Camera caught thief using parking ticket I left in the car to leave. The night of it being stolen, a maintenance worker showed up to our door and entered the room with a key card. Upon calling the front desk after sending this man away, they said that we had requested a towel. He had no towel and we did not request. They apologized for the mistake. Then wake up to car stolen. All things point to me like a great set up, whether intentional or targeted by outside theifs. This is a warning! This hotel needs to provide security for this garage and be explicit with the car thefts there. they did not emphasize the steering wheel lock necessity in a way that makes me think they had my best intentions. All of it is very sketchy. Again, the hotel needs to monitor and secure their premises better. Hard experience to go through

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend with family. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable beds. The showers are great! The location is perfect as you are a three minute walk to ste Catharines one of the main strips to walk down. We would definitely stay again if we visit Montreal again in the future.

The staff is amicable, and Nora at the lobby reception is an excellent professional. She helped us with our accommodations and gave us essential information about places to go around the city during our vacations. The restaurant had a lovely breakfast, and the person in charge was super friendly and professional. Just the lunch and dinner are not always available. But in general, the hotel is a safe and comfortable place where you can go at affordable prices and convenient for a family vacation.
