Staff was super friendly. Brakfast was plentiful and tasty. Pool was warm and grand kids really enjoyed it. Easy access from trans canada and close to a mini mall, gas and tim hortons. Would for sure stay there again.

My card got charged twice accidentally because their system was not working properly almost charged a third time. I understand i will get it back cuz its the deposit but still. No carts at the enterance so hard to carry everything up to my floor with 3 kids. Pool was closed temporarily but later opened. Other then that the hotel is beautiful and clean. The sheets are very soft and cozy. Many places to eat around the hotel at walking distance. Extremely close to highway so great gor travel.

This was a quick getaway with the family, and our dog. The hotel is pet friendly, with some spaces outside for walking but not too much. Room was spacious and clean. We love the shower products. Breakfast in the morning was just ok. Good place overall.

The pool was out of order and we didn’t know until we arrived. The kids were bummed but it was an easy safe spot to stay off the highway on our way to Toronto

This is the second time that we have come to this hotel as a family trip to the Zoo de Granby. It is about 45 minutes from the Zoo but one of the only reasonable hotels (pricewise) that offer suites and a pool. The rooms on the north side are noisy as they face the highway so ask for a south facing room. The included hot breakfast and the pool mark this place a very family friendly place.
